Tekkers Tech operates an adult-only platform that lets users create and reserve sports games. The documents below cover the full operational legal framework: Terms, Privacy, Host Terms, Community Rules, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to all access to and use of the Tekkers Tech website, mobile application, and related services (together, the Platform). By creating an account, browsing the Platform, booking a game, hosting a game, making a payment, or otherwise using the Platform, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If a user does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, that user must not use the Platform.
2. Identity of the Platform Operator
The Platform is operated by Tekkers Tech ("Tekkers", "we", "our", or "us"). Tekkers is a digital platform that enables users to discover, create, manage, and reserve sports activities.

3. Nature of the Service
Tekkers acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary. Tekkers facilitates the publication of user-created sports activities, enables users to reserve places, and supports communication and payment flows through approved payment providers.
Unless Tekkers explicitly states otherwise in writing for a specific event, Tekkers does not organize, supervise, referee, insure, control, or manage user-created games. Hosts remain solely responsible for the events they create, including the accuracy of event details, the lawful use of venues, the safety of the activity, and their conduct towards participants.
4. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, booking a game, or hosting a game, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Tekkers may suspend or permanently terminate any account if it reasonably believes the user is under 18 or has provided inaccurate or misleading information.
5. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity carried out through that account.
Users must immediately notify Tekkers if they suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security breach relating to their account. Tekkers may suspend or remove accounts where necessary to protect the Platform, users, or third parties.
6. Bookings and Reservations
A reservation becomes binding once the relevant booking flow has been completed and payment, where applicable, has been successfully authorized by the payment provider. Tekkers may display availability, prices, host rules, cancellation windows, and other conditions as part of the booking flow.
Hosts may set reasonable participation requirements, such as skill level, maximum capacity, equipment requirements, or punctuality expectations, provided such requirements are clearly communicated and comply with law and Platform rules.
7. Payments
Payments on the Platform may be processed through external payment providers, including providers such as Stripe. Tekkers may charge booking fees, platform fees, host service fees, subscription fees, or other clearly disclosed charges.
By submitting payment details, the user authorizes the relevant payment provider to process the payment. Tekkers does not store full payment card details unless expressly stated and technically required under a compliant payment arrangement.
All prices shown on the Platform shall be displayed before checkout. VAT or similar taxes shall be included or excluded as legally required and as displayed during the checkout process.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
The Tekkers Refund and Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By making a booking, the user agrees to the refund and cancellation rules presented on the Platform and in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific game or subscription: (a) a user who cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time is eligible for a refund or platform credit; (b) a user who cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may lose the right to a refund; (c) if a host cancels, affected users shall be entitled to a refund or credit, subject to the applicable policy.
Tekkers may grant goodwill credits or exceptions at its discretion. Such exceptions do not create precedent.
9. User Conduct
All users must behave lawfully, respectfully, and safely on the Platform, in Platform communications, and at any activity discovered or arranged through the Platform.
The following conduct is prohibited: (a) violence, threats, intimidation, or harassment; (b) discrimination, hate speech, or abusive conduct; (c) fraud, fake listings, or payment abuse; (d) repeated no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations without good reason; (e) dangerous play or unsafe conduct; (f) damage to facilities or property; (g) use of the Platform to redirect users to competing services in bad faith; (h) misuse of personal data or private information.
Tekkers may warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently ban users for breach of these Terms, the Community Rules, or any applicable law.
10. Safety and Participation at Own Risk
Participation in sports activities involves inherent and unavoidable risks, including the risk of physical injury, illness, accident, property damage, or other loss. By joining or hosting a game through the Platform, each user acknowledges and accepts those risks.
Each user participates entirely at their own risk and is responsible for: (a) assessing their own medical and physical suitability to participate; (b) using appropriate equipment; (c) following lawful and reasonable instructions from the host and venue; (d) arranging their own insurance where desired or necessary; and (e) safeguarding their own belongings.
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Tekkers shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, theft, lost property, venue issues, user misconduct, host misconduct, or other losses arising out of participation in user-created games, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Hosts and User-Created Events
Any user who creates a game or activity on the Platform acts as an independent host. Hosts are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Tekkers.
Hosts are solely responsible for: (a) ensuring the accuracy of their listings; (b) having the right or permission to use the listed location; (c) conducting the activity lawfully and safely; (d) treating participants fairly and respectfully; (e) complying with venue rules and all applicable law; (f) handling their own tax obligations if applicable.
Tekkers may moderate, remove, or suspend any host or listing where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the Platform.
12. Third Parties and Venues
Tekkers is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or conduct of venues, facility operators, hosts, users, or payment providers. Any dispute regarding venue access, facility conditions, host behaviour, or third-party services may be investigated by Tekkers for moderation purposes, but Tekkers is not a party to such underlying arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Content and Platform Materials
Users may submit profile information, messages, event descriptions, images, and other content through the Platform. Users remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of content they upload.
By uploading content, the user grants Tekkers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and process such content for operation, moderation, support, security, analytics, and promotion of the Platform.
Tekkers may remove content that it reasonably considers unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or contrary to these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform, including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, branding, user interface elements, databases, and platform materials, are owned by Tekkers or its licensors.
Users may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, reproduce, or distribute Platform materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by mandatory law.
15. Suspension and Termination
Tekkers may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform immediately where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, breach of these Terms, legal compliance, repeated misconduct, or protection of users or the Platform.
Tekkers may also remove specific bookings, listings, or hosting rights without fully terminating an account where that is a proportionate response.
16. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekkers shall not be liable for any indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data, reputational loss, or loss of opportunity.
Where Tekkers is found liable, its aggregate liability shall in all cases be limited to the total amount paid by the relevant user to Tekkers through the Platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Dutch or EU law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other mandatory legal protections.
17. Privacy
Tekkers processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, users acknowledge that Tekkers processes personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
18. Changes to the Terms
Tekkers may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform, by email, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or its use shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights regarding jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Tekkers Tech ("Tekkers", "we", "our", or "us") respects users' privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Tekkers processes, why that data is processed, how long it is kept, with whom it is shared, and what rights users have.
2. Data Controller
Tekkers Tech acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform.

3. Categories of Personal Data
Tekkers may process the following categories of personal data: (a) account data, such as name, email address, phone number, username, encrypted password, and profile photo; (b) profile data, such as sports preferences, level, city, biography, and participation preferences; (c) booking and event data, such as games joined, games hosted, reservations, attendance history, refunds, and cancellations; (d) payment and transaction references, such as payment provider identifiers, amounts paid, credits, and invoices; (e) communications data, such as in-app messages, support requests, and moderation reports; (f) technical data, such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, browser details, and crash reports; (g) location data, where the user has granted permission, in order to show relevant nearby activities; (h) marketing and preference data, such as newsletter choices and referral activity.
4. Purposes of Processing
Tekkers processes personal data in order to: (a) create and manage user accounts; (b) enable users to create, discover, join, and manage games; (c) process payments, credits, and refunds; (d) facilitate communication between users; (e) provide support and respond to complaints; (f) prevent fraud, abuse, and unsafe conduct; (g) improve platform performance, usability, and reliability; (h) comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; (i) send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications.
5. Legal Bases
Tekkers relies on one or more of the following legal bases under the GDPR: (a) performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Platform and related services; (b) legitimate interests, including platform security, service improvement, fraud prevention, moderation, and business continuity; (c) consent, where required, for example for optional location permissions, certain cookies, or marketing messages; (d) legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
6. Sharing of Personal Data
Tekkers may share personal data with: (a) payment providers and other processors necessary to operate the Platform; (b) cloud hosting, analytics, messaging, customer support, and moderation service providers; (c) other users, but only to the extent necessary for use of the Platform, such as displaying usernames, profile information, and participation in games; (d) authorities, courts, or regulators where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or legal interests.
Tekkers does not sell personal data to third parties.
7. International Transfers
Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, Tekkers shall use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on another valid transfer mechanism under the GDPR.
8. Retention
Tekkers retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, tax, support, and dispute handling needs.
As a general approach: (a) active account data is retained while the account remains active; (b) support communications and moderation records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address disputes, abuse, or legal obligations; (c) financial and transaction records may be retained for the period required by tax and accounting law; (d) deleted accounts are erased or anonymised unless further retention is legally required or justified by overriding legitimate interests such as safety, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
9. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, users have the right to: (a) access their personal data; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of personal data; (d) request restriction of processing; (e) object to certain processing; (f) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; (g) request portability of data where applicable; (h) lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Requests may be sent to privacy@tekkers.nl. Tekkers may request reasonable proof of identity before responding.
10. Security
Tekkers uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and secure service providers. No system can guarantee absolute security, but Tekkers takes reasonable steps proportionate to the risks involved.
11. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the Platform where that functionality exists or by contacting privacy@tekkers.nl. Tekkers will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements and legitimate needs relating to fraud prevention, safety, and dispute handling.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Tekkers website and app may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, analytics, remembering preferences, and, where applicable, marketing. Where consent is required, Tekkers will request it in accordance with Dutch and EU rules. More specific information may be set out in a separate cookie notice.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Tekkers may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform, by email, or by other appropriate means.

Host Terms
1. Application
These Host Terms apply to every user who creates, organises, manages, or offers a game or sports activity through the Platform ("Host"). These Host Terms form part of the contractual framework between the Host and Tekkers and apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions.
2. Independent Host Status
A Host acts independently and on their own account. A Host is not an employee, contractor, commercial agent, partner, or representative of Tekkers. Nothing in the Platform or these Host Terms creates an employment or agency relationship between Tekkers and any Host.
3. Host Responsibilities
A Host is solely responsible for: (a) ensuring the accuracy and completeness of each listing; (b) ensuring the listed venue may lawfully be used for the advertised activity; (c) communicating relevant event details, changes, and cancellations clearly and in a timely manner; (d) maintaining a reasonable and lawful standard of safety; (e) complying with venue rules, local regulations, and any required permits; (f) treating all users fairly and respectfully; (g) complying with any tax obligations relating to amounts earned through the Platform.
4. Prohibited Host Conduct
A Host must not: (a) create fake or misleading games; (b) collect payments in a way that circumvents the Platform where prohibited by Tekkers; (c) discriminate unlawfully against participants; (d) create unsafe or knowingly unlawful events; (e) harass, threaten, or abuse users; (f) use the Platform to divert users to competing services in bad faith; (g) misuse personal data obtained through the Platform.
5. Venue and Safety
Hosts are responsible for confirming that the chosen venue is available, suitable, and lawful to use. Tekkers does not verify venue permissions on behalf of Hosts.
Hosts must take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable risks, including by accurately describing the game, keeping group sizes reasonable, and cancelling or amending an event where safety conditions make proceeding inappropriate.
6. Pricing and Payments
Where a Host charges fees, those fees must be accurately displayed through the Platform. Any applicable refund rules must be consistent with Tekkers policies or clearly disclosed where Tekkers permits host-specific variations.
Hosts may not impose hidden fees or request side payments in a misleading or coercive manner.
7. Cancellations and Reliability
Hosts must cancel as early as reasonably possible if they cannot proceed with an event. Repeated cancellations, unreliable hosting, no-shows, or repeated complaints may lead to moderation measures, removal of hosting privileges, or suspension of the Host account.
8. Insurance and Liability
Tekkers does not provide automatic insurance for Hosts or participants unless expressly stated otherwise. Hosts are responsible for assessing whether they require their own liability insurance or other cover.
A Host may be personally liable for negligence, fraud, unlawful conduct, or breach of law arising from activities they create or manage.
9. Moderation and Enforcement
Tekkers may review complaints, reports, refunds, disputes, reliability history, chat records, or other relevant information in order to moderate the Platform and protect users.
Tekkers may suspend or remove a listing, freeze hosting privileges, or suspend or terminate a Host account where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or repeated non-compliance.
10. Data and Privacy
A Host may use personal data of participants only as necessary for the relevant event. A Host must not copy, sell, exploit, or reuse participant data for unrelated marketing or off-platform commercial purposes without a valid legal basis and without complying with applicable privacy law.
11. Governing Law
These Host Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Community Rules
1. Purpose
Tekkers exists to make sports simple, social, and enjoyable for adult users. These Community Rules apply to use of the Platform, in-app messaging, event participation, and all interactions arising from the Platform.
2. Respectful Conduct
Users must treat other users, hosts, facilities, staff, and third parties with respect. Friendly competition is welcome; abuse, intimidation, or toxic behaviour is not.
3. Fair Play
Users must act honestly and responsibly, including by: (a) attending games they reserve unless they cancel in time; (b) communicating clearly if late or unable to attend; (c) respecting the level and format of the game; (d) avoiding dangerous, aggressive, or reckless conduct.
4. Zero Tolerance Conduct
The following may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal: (a) violence or threats of violence; (b) harassment, stalking, or bullying; (c) discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, or hate speech; (d) sexual misconduct or coercive behaviour; (e) fraud, impersonation, or scam behaviour; (f) deliberate dangerous play.
5. Safety
Users must not participate while intoxicated, seriously injured, medically unfit, or otherwise unable to participate safely. If an event, venue, or participant behaviour appears unsafe, users should leave where appropriate and report the issue to Tekkers.
6. Venues and Property
Users must respect venues, facilities, and equipment. Theft, vandalism, or deliberate damage may lead to suspension or removal and may be reported to authorities where appropriate.
7. Chat Rules
Messages sent through the Platform must remain relevant and respectful. Spam, abusive messages, repeated unwanted contact, threats, harassment, and deceptive behaviour are prohibited.
8. Reporting and Enforcement
Users are encouraged to report unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious conduct. Tekkers may investigate reports and may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, booking restrictions, removals from games, or permanent bans.
Tekkers may act without prior warning where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users or the Platform.
9. No Guaranteed Access
Access to the Platform is a conditional service. Tekkers may restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or enforcement of these rules.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to bookings, reservations, subscription fees, credits, and other payments made through the Tekkers Platform, unless specific alternative rules are clearly stated for a particular service.
2. Player Cancellation - Single Game Bookings
Unless otherwise clearly displayed: (a) if a player cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, that player is eligible for a full refund or platform credit; (b) if a player cancels within 24 hours before the scheduled start time, that player is generally not entitled to a refund; (c) if a player does not attend or arrives too late to reasonably participate, no refund is required.
3. Host Cancellation
If a Host cancels a paid activity, the affected player shall be entitled to a full refund or full platform credit, subject to the technical payment method used and any mandatory legal requirements.
4. Safety, Fraud, and Exceptional Circumstances
Tekkers may cancel, suspend, or remove a booking or game for safety reasons, suspected fraud, legal concerns, moderation issues, or venue-related problems. In such cases, Tekkers shall determine refund outcomes reasonably, taking into account the circumstances and any applicable law.
5. Weather and External Conditions
For outdoor sports, weather and external conditions may affect usability. If a game is cancelled before start time due to weather or related conditions, refund or credit may be issued. If a game has already started, there is no automatic right to a refund unless the event becomes materially unusable shortly after commencement.
6. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges
If Tekkers offers subscriptions or recurring plans, users may cancel before the next renewal date in accordance with the displayed subscription terms. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, already-paid periods are generally non-refundable once the period has begun.
7. Credits and Promotions
Platform credits, promo balances, or goodwill credits may be subject to expiry, may be non-transferable, and may not be exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
8. Chargebacks
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension, recovery action, restriction of future bookings, or removal from the Platform.
9. Support Requests
Users may request refund support by contacting support@tekkers.nl and providing the relevant booking details and reason for the request. Tekkers may request reasonable supporting information before making a decision.
10. Discretion
Tekkers may grant goodwill exceptions where fair and reasonable. Any such exception shall not create a continuing right or precedent.
